Library Bar is temporary closed for renovations until summer 2020. Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Royal York is now served at REIGN restaurant located on the lobby level.

I have a stop over of 1 1/2 hours between trains, is it suitable place to grab a beer with a suitcase in tow?
Don't know about the luggage, but they absolutely serve alcohol. I also has a very good Manhattan there. It is very comfortable & the server was very attentive.
